When a website is hosted on shared hosting, the website is placed on the same server as many other sites, ranging from a few to hundreds. Typically in this setup, all domains share resources, such as RAM and CPU from the same server. But on Cloud hosting, your applications/websites are hosted not only on one but on several servers connected to work as one. Q. What is NVMe SSD, and how is it different from the existing server?
SSD (Solid State Drives) are a form of storage technology. It is a much faster storage than the existing HDD (Hard Disk Drive) storage. Faster storage means your data gets written to and read from your storage faster. This means that your websites will load much faster if they are running on SSD storage. We provide NVMe SSD storage that is 6 times faster than usual SATA SSD and 25 times faster than existing HDD.

Q. What is the storage architecture used by your Cloud Hosting?
We use Ceph Storage, which gives 3N level of redundancy. In computing, Ceph is completely distributed without a single point of failure, scalable to the exabyte level, and freely available. Ceph replicates data and makes it fault-tolerant, requiring no specific hardware support. As a result of its design, the system is both self-healing and self-managing, aiming to minimize administration time and other costs.
Q. How do I install an SSL certificate on my Website?
We provide auto-installed AutoSSL for each of your domain. However, if you need to install your own SSL, you can to get in touch with our support team and we would help you get it installed for you.
Q. Do you provide any easy installer for different developmental frameworks?
Yes - 'Quick Installer', for installing different frameworks, is accessible from your admin panel.
Q. What is your backup policy?
For security reason, you need to take charge of your backup. It is recommended you take responsibility for your backups and application related content. We create our own weekly backups , and can restore your web, email and database content from those per your request. However, this is NOT a procedure you should rely on to keep copies of your content safe; we recommend you make your own regular backups. You can take a backup from your cPanel or better, use a remote backup solution by discussing with your application developer.
Q. Is a Dedicated IP available?
Yes, our Managed Cloud Hosting comes with free Dedicated IP. You can purchase additional Dedicated IP on demand.
Q. Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees on any of our plans.
Q. What are your bandwidth and storage fees?
We do not charge for bandwidth and disk space consumption unlike typical cloud hosting providers. All plans include unlimited bandwidth and storage for no additional cost.
Q. What are the prices for upgrading RAM, CPU and additional Dedicated IP?

Q. Do I need to enter my payment information to sign up?

You can sign up and use JerryTel Cloud for 30 days without entering your payment information. At the end of your trial, if you decide to renew, you need to make payment then through our PCI compliant payment gateway partner Razorpay.
Q. What is PCI compliance?
The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS or PCI for short) establishes security guidelines for cardholders' credit card information. Entities (Razorpay in our case) that store, handle, or transport credit card information must comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards.
Q. Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes. If you ever decide that JerryTel Managed Cloud Hosting isn’t the suitable solution for your business, simply cancel your account.
Q. How long are your contracts?
